Construction of Bushehr Methanol Plant & C2 Recovery

Bushehr Petrochemical Company Methanol Plant has been designed with a capacity of 3.3 million tons Methanol per year.
The feedstock for Plants production will be supplied by phases 6, 7 and 8 of south pars gas field.
The onus on the Rampco to execute Construction in all disciplines including Mechanical instalation, Electrical and Instrumentation, Painting, Insulation, Safety Equipment, Necessary civil works, Testing, Precommisioning, and Commisioning of Bushehr Petrochemical Company Methanol Plant.

EPC contract of HDPE Plant Mehr

RAMPCO and MES Joint Venture have been Awarded to Execute an EPC Project to Establish a HDPE Unit in Assaluye Extended in an area of 13 hectares, with capacity of 300,00 ton/y within 3 years. The Joint venture perfume this contact with implementation of 135 years engineering experience of MES and Procurement and Construction strength of RAMPCO without even an hour delay. Mehr petrochemical with receiving of 305 Mton/y and 3000 ton Butene and having process such as polymerization, Distillation and Hegzane concentrating is able to produce granule High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE) . HDPE as one of the main product of petrochemical industries is commonly used in the production of plastic bottles, corrosion-resistant piping, geomembranes, and plastic lumber. According to the contact, RAMPCO and MES as the contractor was to Basic and Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commission Commissioning of an HDPE Plant with capacity of 300,000 ton/y accompanied by its off-site and utility units. In all disciplines piping, process, electrical , instrument, civil, insulation, paint of all process units such as Catalyst Preparation Unit, Reformer and Reactor Units.

 Construction of Kavian Petrochemical Co.

Kavian Petrochemical Company, is the largest olefin plant in the world with 2,000,000 Ton Ethylene production.  RAMPCO has a major construction contract for furnace and rotary and static equipment erection, electrical and instrument installation including activities on process and offsite unit. The project is executed in Pars special economic energy zone. (PSEEZ) According to this contract RAMPCO was to purchase, manufacture, construct and Install 2 train of Kavian Petrochemical Plant and handover the plants after performing pre-commissioning and commissioning. Also Rampco was responsible to procurement and installation of Instrument and Insulation in Olephin Unit I and II in Kavian Plant. Construction and procurement of rotating and static, electrical and instrument equipment and installation of furnaces of olefin 1, 2 units. Installation of cold and warm Insulator was the core activity in this contract.

Iranian Offshore Oil Company intends to do design and construction, procurement and supply of materials, equipment, and project machinery, construction of firefighting network, addressable fire detection and fire extinguishing system, improving existing fire detection and fire extinguishing system and preparing safety requirements for facilities and equipment on Sirri Island.

Kerman Tank Farm EPC Project

In 2007, RAMPCO became responsible to execute an EPC project in order to Construct a new tank farm in Kerman suburb for storage and supply oil products of this city. N.I.O.P.D.C planned to construct a tank farm with total storage capacity of 325,000 cubic meters which accompanied by other required accessories such as loading system, including top and bottom loading arms and pump sheds, transportation system, control and firefighting system. The onus on the RAMPCO to Construct Kerman Tank Farm including Basic and Detailed design and Engineering service, Procurement, mobilization and executing the construction works, pre-commissioning and commissioning in all disciplines such as civil, process, mechanical, Instrument, electrical, off-site facilities provision and so on.

Omidiye Pump Station EPC Project

This Pump Station has been designed to Collect and Transfer the Oil and Gas that Product from Azadegan, North Azadegan, Yadavaran and Jafir fields to the utilization units. This Pump Station used to Transfer the Oil and Gas along a 257 Km and 32-inch Pipeline from Azadegan to Behregan. Engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of project of transferring the light and heavy oil west of the country. We used heavy duty electro pump with 21+ makeup in Omidiye station, it transfers heavy oil with 32 inch pipe line to Behregan station in boshehr province. After metering in Behragan it go to export.
